Is Baron Geisler turning a new page in his marriage to Jamie Marie Evangelista?
The actor appears hopeful about the future of their relationship after sharing photos of himself and his wife at a couples’ retreat, where he reflected on healing, forgiveness, and the decision to stay committed through difficult times.
Baron’s Facebook post on Oct. 16, 2026, comes amid months of speculation about the couple’s relationship, making his message about restoring their marriage particularly noteworthy.
“Marriage is not always easy. There will be seasons of joy and seasons of challenges, moments of understanding and moments when we struggle to understand each other,” Baron wrote.
He added that love goes beyond feelings, describing it as a daily commitment to listen, forgive, remain patient, and continue showing up for one’s partner.
For Baron, the retreat offered an opportunity for the couple to reconnect and work on their relationship.
“This retreat is an opportunity to pause, reconnect, heal where healing is needed, and remember the love and commitment that brought us together,” he said.
He also prayed for strength and guidance as they navigate the challenges of married life.
“May God continue to strengthen our marriage, restore what needs restoring, and teach us both to love each other with grace, humility, and understanding,” he added.
The actor closed his message by expressing hope that they would continue choosing each other despite the difficulties, with God at the center of their marriage.
“Through thick and thin, may we continue choosing each other, walking together, and keeping God at the center of our marriage,” he wrote, citing Matthew 19:6: “Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
Baron’s latest post comes after several developments on social media prompted questions about his marriage.
In July, Jamie left a comment on one of the actor’s Instagram posts suggesting that he seek help for what she described as the root cause of his problems.
“Find a drug rehabilitation sponsor who can help you address the root cause of your problems. I doubt a facial can heal that,” she wrote.
Jamie later posted another pointed message on her Instagram Story: “No one plays the victim better than the one who cause the damage.”
The comments were subsequently deleted.
The speculation continued in September when netizens noticed that the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Jamie also posted a question on Threads on Sept. 5 about whether it was acceptable for a married employer to share a bed with a household helper.
Although Jamie did not name the person she was referring to, some netizens speculated that the post concerned Baron. She later deleted it, but screenshots circulated online.
Against this backdrop, Baron’s photos from the couples’ retreat drew supportive reactions from netizens, with some expressing hope that he and Jamie would overcome their difficulties.
Others offered prayers for the couple, while some shared their own experiences with marriage retreats. (N. Ramos/ mb.com.ph)
