Bhoy Tam’s Birthday, Fundraising, and Noemi Victorino’s Campaign

Family, friends, community members, and leaders gathered at the Surrey home of Bhoy and Mara Tambugan on Saturday, July 18, 2026, to celebrate Bhoy’s birthday, support a fundraiser for the Sico family, and show their support for Surrey Connect councillor candidate Noemi Victorino.

Guests enjoyed a memorable evening with delicious food, sweet desserts, and live music entertainment featuring Centrelane Vibes and talented guest singers. The celebration also featured a very energetic and enjoyable Line Dancing with Imee Landicho led guests in a fun-filled dance session. Upstairs, guests also enjoyed an anything goes karaoke singing featuring favorite songs led by the trio of Eman Raguin, Raymon Maliwat, and Christian Cunanan, together with Marlon Parel and Ting Caturla. It was a wonderful night of friendship, music and singing.

Instead of receiving birthday gifts, Bhoy requested donations for Sico family, who were affected by the Lapu-Lapu tragedy. Through the generosity of everyone who attended, $435 was raised to help the family. The celebration was a beautiful reminder that kindness, volunteerism, and unity can make a real difference.
