PICPA Vancouver Chapter Welcomes New Members and Leadership at 2026 Annual General Meeting

The Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) – Vancouver Chapter successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting and Induction of New Members on July 4, 2026, at the Burnaby Public Library – Metrotown Program Room.

The gathering brought together members, guests, and friends to celebrate the Chapter’s accomplishments, welcome new members, and share plans for the year ahead. A highlight of the event was the induction of new members and the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected Board of Directors, led by President Rowena Rosales and Vice President for Professional Development Mary Grace Jauod, who pledged their commitment to serving the organization and its members.

Also serving on the 2026 Board are Vice President for Membership Ramon Salcedo, Secretary Maribeth Acosta, Treasurer Ernesto Ong, Auditor Lorimarie Rimpillo, Board Members Joy Lagayan and Mercedes Ortilla, Mercedes Ortilla, and Committee Member Herson Santiago.

The Chapter also welcomed new members: Herson Santiago, Chrised Leano, Janet Chiong, and Rosemarie Hinong.

The successful event reflected PICPA Vancouver’s continued commitment to promoting professional excellence, collaboration, and community engagement among Filipino certified public accountants and finance professionals across Metro Vancouver.
