Circulo Pampagueño Association Officers’ Meeting and Joan Belen’s Birthday Celebration

The officers of the Circulo Pampagueño Association gathered on July 5, 2026, at the TELUS Residential amenity room in downtown Vancouver for their regular officers’ meeting. The meeting was followed by a fun BBQ celebration in honor of Joan Belen’s birthday, where everyone enjoyed delicious food, good company, and warm fellowship.

Attendees were Edith, Jo Ann, Luz, Noel, Rey, Christian, Gina, Alya, Yoli, Arcie, and Raymon. And at the Birthday BBQ Party – Joan’s family and closest friends.

The meeting reviewed the association’s financial report, fundraising results, current bank position, scholarship disbursements, and outstanding tuition commitments. Officers also discussed improvements to the scholarship selection process, and guidelines to help scholars remain in good standing.
