Congratulations to the Indo-Pacific Foundation of Canada (IPFC) on a successful Harmony of Cultures & Honours Gala 2026, held August 29 at the Aria Banquet & Convention Centre in Surrey.
The well-attended gala brought together approximately 800–900 civic leaders, diplomats, business leaders, artists, and community members for an inspiring evening celebrating Canada’s multicultural identity. Guests enjoyed cultural performances, networking, traditional attire, and the prestigious IPFC Excellence Awards.
Special congratulations to Ken Chau, owner of 88 Supermarket, on receiving the IPFC Multicultural Business Award for his contributions to business and community.
Congratulations also to Excellence Awardee Vishaal Khurana.
The evening was led by Bhaskar S. De, CEO and Founder of IPFC, whose vision continues to build connections among diverse communities.
Representing the Filipino community were Rey Fortaleza, Zeny and Victor Villamera, Christian, Roy and Audrey Lim, Phebe Jacobsen, Mirasol Vega, Earl and Brenda Ngo, Rain Orogo, Joel Castro and Neha Kwatra.
