On May 9, 2026, the Circulo Pampangueno Association of British Columbia held its Spring Fundraising Program, “Jukebox Hits Party,” in Vancouver, BC. The event brought together Kabalens, friends, supporters and different Filipino community organizations in celebration of unity, culture, and community service.
Led by CP President Edith Montemayor and the current officers, proudly shared its continuing mission and legacy of helping communities in need both in Canada and the Philippines. Guest of honour Gina A. Jamoralin joined the event and showed support for the association’s programs and projects.
For more than 40 years, Circulo Pampangueno has extended help to disaster victims, supported medical missions, feeding programs, church projects, and scholarships for underprivileged students.
This year, the association celebrated the success of its scholars. Marco Armas graduated as a Dean’s Lister with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Holy Angel University. Jesiah Merriel Delgado completed a Diploma in Midwifery at UP Manila School of Health Sciences.
Other scholars recognized were Renzo Becilla, James Pantig, Rika B. De Jesus, and John Paul P. Salunga for their dedication to education and community pride.
