Nanindigan si Ombudsman Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla na hindi dapat nakikialam ang Supreme Court (SC) sa patakaran ng Kamara de Representantes patungkol sa impeachment complaint laban kay VP Sara Duterte noong nakaraang taon dahil sa paglabag sa one-year bar rule, na tuwirang bumago sa patakaran ng Kongreso sa calendar days at session days.

     Kanya-kanyang patakaran dapat ang SC at Kamara ani Boying.
