AJ Insurance Celebrates 2025 Success and Sets Bold Targets for 2026 at Annual Kick-Off Event

AJ Insurance marked the start of 2026 with a highly successful Kick-Off Meeting and Annual Awards ceremony held on January 21, 2026, at the Riverway Golf Course clubhouse. The event brought together leadership and team members to celebrate exceptional achievements from 2025 and to align on strategic priorities for the year ahead.
The program highlighted strong performance across the business in 2025, with awards recognizing individuals and teams who played a key role in driving growth and delivering outstanding results. As always, Industrial Alliance senior leadership came in full force to share insights for the coming year and reinforced the company’s continued support for AJ Insurance. AJ Management on the other hand outlined clear, bold targets for 2026, focused on production growth, agency expansion and talent development. The event served as both a celebration of past success and a forward-looking launchpad, energizing the organization and reinforcing AJ Insurance’s commitment to delivering value for clients and partners in the year ahead.
