Richard, Bela, Gerald in ‘Blood vs Duty’

ABS-CBN is set to intensify its primetime television lineup with the official launch of “Blood vs Duty,” a new action-drama series starring Richard Gutierrez, Bela Padilla and Gerald Anderson.

The network further fueled excitement following a project announcement held on Monday, January 19, confirming the addition of Barbie Imperial and Baron Geisler to the lead cast.

Baron previously worked with Richard in the 2024 series “Incognito,” while Barbie appeared alongside Gerald in the second season of “Sins of the Father.” Both actors were also part of the hit action series “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,” where Baron portrayed Rocky Boy and Barbie played Tisay.

“Blood vs Duty” will be produced by ABS-CBN’s JRB Creative Production unit, the team behind acclaimed projects such as “Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin,” “Mars Ravelo’s Darna,” “Nag-Aapoy na Damdamin” and “Sins of the Father.” The series will be directed by FM Reyes.
