PICPA Vancouver held its yearly Christmas party, “PICPAsko 2025,” on December 6, 2027 at the Alan Emmott Centre in Burnaby.
President Jorge Ligason opened the event with an inspiring message, followed by the oath-taking of officer Maribeth and new members. The program featured a musical number by Dennis Kusin, Christmas dance number led by Josie Villaroman, karaoke contests, raffle draws, and dancing. Ramon Salcedo served as Master of Ceremony.
A highlight of the evening was the recognition of Ma. Pamela Gonzales, awarded PICPA Most Outstanding Member for 2025.
Looking ahead, PICPA Vancouver aims to strengthen its membership by providing greater support, value, and engagement within the community. The successful Dinner & Dance held last September—PICPA’s biggest annual fundraiser—helped subsidize this year’s Christmas event to give back to its members.
