Kris Aquino calls herself ‘probinsyana’ as she relocates with sons

Showbiz personality Kris Aquino shared that she is now a “probinsyana” after previously hinting at relocating to a new place.

The “Queen of All Media” shared a photo on Wednesday, November 5, of herself eating a meal with her children, Joshua and Bimby, at a table beside her bed.

She said that they are “learning to be a nuclear family” despite being surrounded by assistants and nurses due to her health condition.

“We set a rule — when it’s dinner time, the [three] of us will eat together and bond like a family… Bawal muna ang gadgets, except to listen to new releases and me asking my [two] favorite nurses, Elle and Kate, to please get me my note pad because there were particular lines in a song I wanted to write to make sure I remember,” Kris wrote on Instagram.

“Until Bimb asks, ‘Mama, what are you doing?’ I explain. Then he shows me where all lyrics can be found and how I can underline the ones I like to create lyric cards using my favorite overall template. A sad reminder of aging, but a beautiful acceptance that we should always be eager to learn,” she added.

Kris then shared that they will live in the house of her late mother, the former President Cory Aquino.

“Probinsyana na si KCA and it’s #lovelovelove,” she wrote, referring to her initials, Kris Cojuangco Aquino.

The former actress also geotagged her post in Microtel Tarlac.

Tarlac is the home province of the Aquino family.

Meanwhile, Kris’ post has garnered over 25,000 likes and various comments from supporters, who shared heart emojis and encouraging messages, including prayers for her health.

Earlier this month, Kris shared her benchmark of what makes a place prosperous, noting that it depends on the number of thriving businesses and services readily available to locals.

She then shared that she will be relocating to a new place this month after staying in Metro Manila for most of her life.

Kris also said that she sleeps in the room of her late brother, former president Noynoy Aquino, because it “gets the least amount of light” in the house, making it suitable for her current health condition.
