Surrey witnessed another unforgettable night of music and celebration as Sweet Notes, married couple Jeffrey at Charlotte Mae Bactong, brought their highly anticipated concert to the Bell Performing Arts Centre in Surrey last September 27, filling the venue to capacity and proving once again the group’s unmatched appeal among Filipino-Canadian audiences.
While the Bell has hosted numerous concerts featuring some of the Philippines’ biggest stars, this particular show stood out as one of the rare, fully sold-out events—a clear testament to Sweet Note’s enduring popularity and the strong support of the Filipino community in British Columbia.
Behind the resounding success of the concert were its dedicated producers: Joel and Jienelyn Dimatatac of Silent i Productions, together with Jane Pacatang and James Rhuin Wahing of Bong’s Production. Their partnership brought the event to life, ensuring top-quality entertainment and a smooth, memorable experience for everyone in attendance.
The Surrey performance formed part of Sweet Notes US and Canada concert tours, drawing in Filipino music lovers eager to relive timeless hits and celebrate the artistry of one of most beloved couple. Inside the Bell Performing Arts Centre, the atmosphere was electric—fans sang along, dancing, cheered, and embraced the joy of music that connects generations across borders.
With this concert’s remarkable turnout, Silent i Productions and Bong’s Production have set a new standard for Filipino live entertainment in the city.
