The Three Angels Gala

The Three Angels Gala brought together community members for an evening of fundraising and cultural celebration. It was held on September 14, 2025, at the Royal Palace Banquet Hall in Burnaby, was a remarkable evening dedicated to community service and cultural preservation. 

Beneficiaries included: 

1. Merlina Fayusal – Forever Young Seniors Society (FYSS): Proceeds will be used to provide cultural costumes for the Forever Young Seniors Dance Group, whose performances bring cultural awareness and joy to community events and senior care facilities across British Columbia. 

 2. Esther Love Cheer – San Fabian Group: As no independent fundraiser is being held this year, the San Fabian Group will allocate its share of the proceeds to its outreach program. The funds will benefit a remote barrio in San Fabian by supplying food, footwear, umbrellas, and basic school supplies such as notebooks, pens, and pencils for local children.

3. Agnes Uguil – MASSKARA: Contributions will support the acquisition of traditional costumes for the group’s cultural presentations, ensuring the continued promotion of Filipino heritage through dance and performance.

The event highlighted the Filipino-Canadian community’s commitment to preserving culture and supporting those in need, reaffirming the strength and generosity of the Filipino-Canadian community.
