inoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition housemates Klarisse De Guzman, Mika Salamanca, Esnyr, Shuvee Etrata, and Brent Manalo, collectively dubbed as “Pamilya De Guzman,” have started filming for the upcoming Metro Manila Film Festival entry, Call Me Mother.
The movie’s lead star, Vice Ganda, shared the news on social media. “Pack up! Pamilya De Guzman’s first day on the set of #CallMeMother! Super riot!” he posted on social media platform X.
To which, Esnyr replied: “DREAM COME TRUE HUHU SOBRANG SAYA SA SET MEME!!! and more to come!!🫶🏼”
Klarisse also commented: “We love you meme! Thank youuuu❤️.”
Mika Salamanca also wrote: “LET’S GOOOOOO!”
The film’s director, Jun Robles Lana, also shared the snapshot of Pamilya De Guzman on Instagram Stories, praising their performances on the first day. “Magaling, magaling!” the director remarked.
Fans online were also quick to express their excitement about the news.

Vice Ganda headlines Call Me Mother alongside Nadine Lustre. The comedy-drama is co-produced by ABS-CBN Film Productions Inc., The IdeaFirst Company, and Viva Communications Inc.
Written by Daisy G. Cayanan, Daniel S. Saniana, and Jun Robles Lana, the film has the following synopsis, as revealed during the Grand Launch of the 51st MMFF held at the Glorietta Palm Drive Activity Center in Makati on July 8.:
“Fabulous single queer mother, Twinkle, plans on surprising her loving adoptive son, Angel, with a Disneyland trip by finalizing his adoption papers – if and only if nobody claims Angel within three months. But the unexpected arrival of Mara starts to complicate their peaceful life.
Shook by Mara’s arrival, Twinkle goes the extra mile to prove that she is a caring and capable mother to Angel – resulting in over-the-top hilarious means to assure Mara that Angel is already in good loving hands.
As the end of the three-month adoption process comes to a close, a surprising and threatening bond between Mara and Angel forms. Can Twinkle prove that motherhood lies not in biology, but in profound, unwavering devotion?”
