The Philippine Bicol Association of BC (PBABC) hosted its annual Summer Bowling Tournament last Sunday, August 31, at REVS Sports Centre in Burnaby!
Led by President Lorry Gavieres Russel, Past President Bert Azana, and the PBABC officers, the event brought together about 60 players.
Joining the fun were fellow Bicolanos, community partners like UFCABC, Circulo Pampangueno, and even a team from the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver and many friends and supporters, the tournament proved to be one of PBABC’s most anticipated summer social gatherings. Prizes were awarded to the top scorers, but the real highlight was the camaraderie and Bayanihan spirit shared among everyone.
