On August 6, members of AJ Insurance’s management team, led by father and son Amante and Josh Jotie, together with some executives from Industrial Alliance met early at the Tsawwassen Springs golf course. The sun came out shining, the greens were perfect, and the friendly banter was in full swing as the AJ and IA golfers gathered for this year’s AJ Go for the Red Annual Golf Event. Sponsored by Industrial Alliance, the day was less about perfect scores and more about shared laughs, camaraderie, and a little friendly competition.
From the first tee-off to the final putt, the event brought together colleagues, giving everyone a chance to connect beyond the office. Whether strategizing over long drives or swapping stories on the fairway, the spirit of teamwork and friendship was unmistakable.
One of the highlights of the day was the Putting Contest, where precision and maybe a touch of luck determined bragging rights for the year. This year’s winner, Jerald Calinao, sank the winning putt to well-deserved applause.
As the sun set over the course, participants left not just with scorecards in hand, but with another year of memories of shared experiences. Events like this remind us that AJ Insurance is more than just a workplace — it’s a family.
