MGM Grand Garden Arena buzzed with excitement as the ceremonial weigh‑in took place a day before the highly anticipated title fight. Manny “Pac‑Man” Pacquiao, at age 46, made weight at 146.8 lb

Opposite him, the reigning champion Mario Barrios tipped the scales at 146.2 lb, comfortably under the 147‑pound limit

Following the scale, Pacquiao took the mic:

“I’m happy because I’m back… boxing is my passion. I missed boxing…it was good for my body… now I’m really hungry to win again” .

Barrios, displaying intensity and focus, maintained a steely composure, readying himself for the 12‑round WBC welterweight title clash. Both fighters came in snug under the limit, setting the stage for a memorable night of elite boxing.

The weigh‑in not only highlighted Pacquiao’s impressive comeback but also underscored his readiness to challenge a younger, larger opponent—balancing nostalgia with a fierce competitive edge.
