Pam Gervacio is a passionate community builder, storyteller, and creative soul who finds joy in having fun and sharing Spotlight Stories that uplift and inspire. As the current President of the Rotaract Club of HOPE 604, Pam leads a dynamic team of young leaders driven to make a lasting impact in British Columbia and beyond. She also serves as the Rotaract Committee Liaison for the Rotary Club of Vancouver Mountainview, where she bridges generations of changemakers.
Pam is the founder of the Ingat-Yaman Foundation, a grassroots initiative supporting low-income families by offering free tax filing services, settlement assistance, BC housing applications, resume building, and employment guidance—empowering people with the tools to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. Her flair for event production and her heart for service led her to organize several successful fundraising events, including the Rotary Foundation Gala—a Roaring ’20s–themed evening that raised over $20,000 to support local and global Rotary initiatives.
Originally from Quezon City, Philippines, Pam holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising from the University of Santo Tomas (UST-CAFA) and migrated to Canada in 2003 with her loving husband, Archie, and their three wonderful children: Alexis, Arsenen, and Ashley. She later upgraded her skills in Canada by completing Senior Management in New Media Design at BCIT, alongside entrepreneurship and leadership training at Douglas College, BCIT’s B.E.S.T. program, and workshops inspired by thought leaders like John Maxwell, Tony Robbins, and Napoleon Hill.
As a creative, Pam enjoys writing, graphic design, and community storytelling—highlighting stories of resilience and triumph. She believes that when stories are shared with heart, they have the power to spark change and build bridges of understanding. Whether it’s filing taxes for a single mom, organizing a gala, or mentoring young leaders, Pam always leads with joy, purpose, and a commitment to service above self.
